Blue Shirts Worn in Honor of Rockhurst Senior

Students wore blue shirts today, Oct. 8, in honor of the Rockhurst senior who died over the weekend.

Students were allowed to wear blue shirts today Oct. 8 in support of the Rockhurst community after senior Matthew Bloskey died in a car crash this Saturday, Oct. 6. One person in another car also died in the crash. Police are still searching for a black Honda SUV they believe instigated the incident.

The Senior Class Mass will be held tomorrow, Oct. 9, in honor of him. Rockhurst held a Mass in honor of Bloskey Sunday, Oct. 7 and students have laid flowers and said prayers at his parking spot at Rockhurst.
